Adding Additional Backup Sets for Cluster Nodes

When you install a file system client, a default backup set is created automatically, which manages backup and restore operations for the client.

If you need to provide a separate administration point for a specific group of subclients, you can create additional backup sets.

Procedure

1. From the navigation pane, go to Protect > File servers.

   The Overview page appears.

2. Go to the File servers tab, and then click the cluster server.

The file server properties page appears.

1. In the upper-right of the details page, click the action button , and then click Add backup set.

   The Create new backup set dialog box appears.

2. In the Backup set name box, type the backup set name.

3. Optional: To use a server plan, from the Plan list, select a server plan.

4. To make the backup set the default, select the Mark this as default backupset check box.

5. Click OK.
