You can use Commvault software to protect Amazon RDS instances across multiple accounts and regions. You can configure export-based (streaming) backups to protect Amazon RDS instances.

Aurora MySQL and Aurora PostgreSQL support includes protection for Amazon Aurora Serverless v1 configurations. You can only configure an Amazon Aurora Serverless instance from the Command Center.
You can configure backup copies to be made when you use export-based backups.
