You can create a recovery target that can be used for live mounts.
Before You Begin
You must have a hypervisor for the destination.
Procedure

From the navigation pane, go to Disaster recovery > Recovery targets.
The Recovery targets page appears.

Click Add.
The Add recovery target page appears.

From the Select vendor list, select Microsoft Hyper-V.

From the Application type list, select Regular.

From the Recovery target name list, enter a descriptive name for the destination site.

From the Destination hypervisor list, select the hypervisor for the destination.

From the Access node list, select the VSA proxy for the restore. By default, the preferred VSA proxy is selected.

From the Security list, select items from the list and then click OK to associate users or user groups with the recovery target.

For VM display name, select Prefix or Suffix, and then enter a string to be appended to the original display name to create new destination VM names.

From the Network adapter list, select a network adapter.

Under Live mount, do the following:

For No. of VMs, select the number of concurrent VMs that each user can run on the recovery target.

For Expiration time, select Hours and then specify the amount of time that live mounted VMs can run before they expire.

For Number of CPUs, enter the number of CPU cores for the live mounted VM.

Auto select maximum memory. Enable this option to set the memory of the live mounted VM based on the memory of the source VM.

For Memory (GB), enter the memory of the live mounted VM.

Click Add.
