eDiscovery Users in the Subclient Peak Usage Report

The Subclient Peak Usage Report for eDiscovery Users displays each eDiscovery user included in the total user count for the selected CommCell environment during the selected month. This report also includes the jobs that were covered by the eDiscovery User license instead of the Capacity license.

Only some of the columns appear by default. You can view any additional columns by using the Columns setting.

Where to Access the Report

To view this report, in the Subclient Peak Usage Report, in the Endpoint eDiscovery Users Peak Usage Per Month chart, click a bar.

eDiscovery Users Peak Usage Table

This table displays each eDiscovery user that is included in the peak user count, their email address, log-on name, and associations.

Column	Description
User ID	The ID that is assigned to the user.
User Name	The first and last name of the user.
User Login	The login name for the user.
Email	The email address configured for the user.
Associations	The roles that are associated with the user.
Company ID	The ID that is assigned to the company.
Company	The company that owns the user account.
Plan	The plan that is associated with the user account.

Peak Desktop and Laptop Usage Excluded from Capacity Because of eDiscovery User License Table

This table displays the backups of desktop and laptop content that are excluded from the Capacity license calculation because they are covered by the eDiscovery User license.

Column	Description
Client ID	The ID of the client computer.

Job Type	The type of job that ran, such as Backup.
Workload	The workload assigned to each subclient.

Used	The amount of data that was backed up.
Company ID	The ID of the organization.
Company	The organization that owns the client computer.
Plan	The plan that is associated with the subclient and the storage policy.

Peak Edge Drive Usage Excluded From Capacity Because Of eDiscovery User License Table

This table displays the backups for Edge Drive content that were excluded from the Capacity license calculation because they are covered by the eDiscovery User license.
