Plug-In Dashboard

The Commvault plug-in Dashboard displays a preview of the most critical information about the entities in your environment.

The following views are available on the Dashboard tab:

• Overview displays the following:

  • Total number of vApps

    • Top 10 vApps

  • Total number of VMs

    • Number of Protected VMs

    • Number Unprotected VMs

  • Protected VMs Size

  • SLA

    Note

    To go to the Virtual Machines tab, click on Protected VMs and Unprotected VMs. From Virtual Machines, you can run backups, restores, change the associated server plan and view jobs.

• Virtual Datacenters displays the following:

  • Total number of vApps

    • Top 10 vApps

  • Total number of VMs

    • Number of Protected VMs

    • Number Unprotected VMs

  • Protected VMs Size

  • SLA

• Recent Tasks displays the following:

  • Job Task

  • Task Status

  • Task Type

  • Task Initiator

  • Start/End Time

  • Service Namespace

    Note

    • You can click on the job in the Task column to see the Task Details window.

    • The Recent Tasks view is displayed in the Dashboard, Virtual Machines, and Configuration tabs.
