After installing the SharePoint Agent, verify that you perform the following post-install tasks before running your first backup job.

From the SharePoint Server Agent Base directory, install the SharePoint Online Management Shell. The Base directory path is C:\Program Files\Commvault\ContentStore\Base\spoms.msi.

From the SharePoint Server Properties dialog box, type the Windows administrator account that has admin privileges on the computer where SharePoint agent is installed. Then, restart the Commvault services on the SharePoint client computer.
