Accessing Your Exchange Data

Depending on your enterprise-specific requirements, the administrator can configure any of the following:

  • Outlook Add-In

    Use Outlook Add-In to view and download messages that were archived from your mailboxes.

    Outlook Add-In includes the ContentStore Email Viewer plug-in. With the plug-in, you can access messages that have been archived and content indexed.

  • Outlook Web App

    Use Outlook Web App to retrieve archived messages from any remote location.

  • Universal Access

    Use Universal Access to access protected messages from any mobile device through Outlook Web App.

  • Web Console

    Use Web Console to access your messages from any remote computer that runs a Java-enabled Web browser.

  • IMAP Client

    Use IMAP Client to access messages on mobile devices that support an IMAP client.
