To view information in Metrics Reports, such as the Health Report and the Activity Report, data collection must be activated.
By default, data collection for both Private and Cloud Metrics Reporting is activated when you install the CommServe software. However, if data collection for Metrics Reports has been deactivated, you can activate data collection again in the Command Center or the CommCell Console.
