The Web Console is a web-based application that allows end-users to manage their data, as well as to perform other useful operations such as reporting and management of virtual machines. The Web Server and Web Console components are needed to set up your environment. By default, these components are automatically selected during the installation of the CommServe software on a production server where IIS is enabled.
Important: To perform end-user recovery using the Web Console, Outlook must be installed on the Web Server.
