The option Deploy virtual machine only during failover is no longer available for newly created replication groups and replication targets because it will be on by default for all replication groups and replication targets.

Effect of Deprecation
Starting June 15, 2022, Commvault software will no longer display the Deploy virtual machine only during failover option for new replication groups and new replication targets for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
Starting June 15, 2023, all replication groups and replication targets will have the Deploy virtual machine only during failover option enabled by default, after you upgrade.
Replacement
Manually switch to Deploy virtual machine only during failover as soon as possible. The option will be turned on automatically as part of the 11.32 update pack installation.
