For any net new HyperScale purchases, you must purchase the HyperScale X with upgraded hardware and features.

For an existing HyperScale 1.5 cluster, you can migrate the storage pool to a HyperScale X storage pool.

What happens after the End-of-Life date?
HyperScale 1.5 and 2.x platforms are no longer supported and you must migrate any existing HyperScale 1.5 and HyperScale X 2.x installations to HyperScale X platform version 3.x.
What happens with Red Hat 7.9 Support?
Commvault has worked with Red Hat to provide Extended Lifecycle Support (ELS) for all Commvault customers using HyperScale platforms running RHEL 7.9 until the End-of-Life date listed for each platform posted above.
