You can exclude a server from the Service Level Agreement (SLA) calculation.
By default, SLA settings for a server are inherited from the plan that it is associated with, but you can exclude individual servers from the SLA.
Procedure

From the navigation pane, go to Manage > Servers.
The Servers page appears.

Click the server that you want to configure SLA for.
The server properties page appears.

On the Configuration tab, in the SLA area, move the Exclude from SLA toggle key to the right.
The server is no longer included in the SLA percentage.
