Filter files and folders and then view the permissions for those files and folders. The filter criteria include owners, users, or sensitive tags such as SSN and other PII data.
Procedure

From the navigation pane, go to Data Insights.
The Data Insights page appears.

Under Risk Analysis, click Entitlement manager.
The Entitlement manager page appears.

On the Manage tab, from the server list, select the server that contains the files or folders that you want to review the permissions for.
The files and folders that are on the server appear.

Select the filters to apply to the files and folders:

To filter by user, click the Users filter, in the search box, type the name of the user, and then select the user.
Note
When you filter by user, all AD groups the user belongs to are also displayed in the filter results.

To filter by owner, click the File Owner filter and then select the owner.
You can select multiple owners.

To filter by file type, click the File Type filter and then select the file type.

To filter by sensitive data, click the Entities filter and then select the type of sensitive data.

Click Apply.
