Getting Started with the Dell EMC VBLOCK System

The Dell EMC VBLOCK system is a hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI). To set up the Dell EMC VBLOCK system, review system requirements and supported agents for the integrated storage of Dell EMC VBLOCK system, and then add the integrated array in the Commvault software.

Step 1: Review Requirements

Review the system requirements for the integrated storage array.

The following integrated storage arrays are all tested through field certification.

Integrated storage array

System requirements

Dell EMC Isilon

System requirements for Dell EMC Isilon/PowerScale

Dell EMC PowerMAX/ VMAX All-Flash

System requirements for Dell EMC PowerMax/VMAX3/VMAX/Symmetrix

Dell EMC Unity All-Flash

System requirements for Dell EMC Unity

Dell EMC VPLEX

System requirements for Dell EMC VPLEX

Dell EMC XtremIO X2 All-Flash
