Applies to: Exchange Mailbox Agent, User Mailbox and Journal Mailbox
Use this dialog box to view the status of an Exchange Mailbox Agent job. The Status tab lists mailboxes that were included in the job that you selected from the job history list and displays information about the results of the job for each mailbox.

Note
To view all the columns, click the double arrow that points down located at the upper right of the list. Then click Choose Column > name of the column.

Display Name
The display name of the mailbox.

Email
The email address of the mailbox.

Status
A description of what happened to the mailbox during the operation. The options are Skipped, Failed, and Successful with warnings.

Agent Name
The globally unique identifier for the user

Reason
The reason why the mailbox was complete the operation. For example, the mailbox was not assigned an archiving policy.

UserGUID
The globally unique identifier for the user.

Failed Messages
The number of messages in a mailbox that failed during the job.

Successful Messages
The number of messages in a mailbox that succeeded during the job.

Skipped Messages
The number of messages in a mailbox that were skipped during the job.
Statistics
At the bottom of the dialog box are the following statistics:

Total
The total number of mailboxes that were included in the job.

Skipped
The total number of mailboxes that were skipped during the job.

Suspended
The total number of mailboxes that were suspended during the job.

To be processed
The number of mailboxes that have yet to be processed (if the job is still running).

Successful
The number of mailboxes that were processed successfully.

Failed
The number of mailboxes that failed during the job.

Successful with warning
The number of mailboxes that were successfully processed, but with a warning.
Previous
When you click this button, the list displays the mailboxes from the previous job in the job history list.
Next
When you click this button, the list displays the mailboxes from the next job in the job history list.
