The License Summary Report displays the current license usage for a CommCell environment. Only CommCell administrators can view this report.
Current license usage is the current amount of data protected or the current number of entities, such as users, devices, or VMs, protected at any given time.
This report includes each type of license, the amount of purchased licenses, the amount of used licenses, and the overall percentage of licenses consumed. You can use this report to track license requirements and usage for all CommCell environments in your organization.
Where to Access the Report
This report is available by default with the Commvault software and CommCell administrators can view this report on the Command Center or the Web Console.
