MediaAgents to perform the restore operations and index restores can be selected for a source CommCell when importing the metadata to the destination CommCell. See Import Metadata on the Destination CommCell for information.
If the MediaAgents are not selected during import of metadata, you can select them later using the following steps.
Procedure

Log on to the CommCell Console of the destination CommCell.

From the CommCell Browser, right-click the CommServe node, point to All Tasks, and then click CommCell Registration.
The CommCell Registration dialog box appears.

Right-click the source CommCell, and then click CommCell Properties.
The Remote CommCell Properties dialog box appears.

On the Library Mapping tab, do the following:

Select the MediaAgent to perform restore operations n the Destination MediaAgent column.

Select the MediaAgent to perform index restore from the list of MediaAgents in the Select MediaAgent For Index Restore.

Click OK.

Click OK.
