Queuing Jobs

You can set jobs to be queued so that the jobs remain in the Job Controller in a queued state instead of failing. After the condition that caused the job to be queued clears, the Job Manager automatically resumes the job. Options to queue jobs are available in the Control Panel, at the schedule level, and at the client level.

All Data Protection, Data Recovery, Data Collection, Administration Operations jobs can be queued.

Note

The software does not queue SQL transaction log backups that are part of a SQL Server client application-aware backup.
