If the CommServe computer cannot access the Internet, you can use an Internet Gateway computer for Metrics Reporting. The Internet gateway computer downloads scripts and uploads data for reports that are hosted either on the Private Metrics Reporting Server or our Cloud Metrics Reporting Server. You can also use the Internet gateway computer to download reports from the Commvault Store. In addition, you can use the Private Metrics Reporting Server as an Internet gateway for Cloud Metrics Reporting, but it cannot be used as an Internet gateway for Commvault Store.
