Adding and Removing Services for a Company

You can add and remove trial and paid subscriptions to Commvault Cloud services on an active company (tenant) account.

Adding Trial and Paid Subscriptions

  1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Companies.

    The Companies page appears.

  2. On the All tab, click a company name.

    The company page appears.

  3. Click the Services tab.

    A list of all current subscriptions for the company appears.

  4. Click Add service.

    The Add service dialog box appears.

  5. Click the Service list, and then select the service you want to add to the account.

  6. Select the type of subscription (Paid or Trial) for the service.

    IMPORTANT

    A trial subscription lasts 14 days and will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled.

  7. Click Save.

Removing Trial and Paid Subscriptions

  1. In the table on the Services tab, click the action button action_button for the service you want to remove, and then click Remove.

    A confirmation dialog box appears.

  2. Click Yes to confirm removal of the subscription.
