Adding a Workload Resource Pool for a Object Storage

For each region and solution type, you can have only one workload resource pool. You can modify the properties of a workload resource pool.

When a workload resource pool is set up for object storage in a region, tenant administrators can create an Object Storage app by selecting that region in the hosted infrastructure dropdown and use the access nodes configured in the workload resource pool.

Procedure

  1. From the navigation pane, go to Manage > Infrastructure > Resource pools.

    The Resource pools page appears

  2. On the Workload resource pool tab, in the upper-right area of the page, click Add Workload.

The Add workload resource pool page appears.

  3. In the Name box, enter a name for the resource pool.

  4. From the Region list, select the region where the Azure DevOps data is located.

  5. From the Solution type list, select the vendor name of the object storage.

  6. From the Access nodes list, select the access nodes to use for the resource pool.

  7. Click Save.
