You can assign a user account to a tenant account.
Procedure

From the Commvault MSP Portal, go to User Management.
The User management page appears.

In the Email column of the user table, click the email of a user account (or click the action button
, and then click Edit.) The user account page appears.

In the Managed Accounts panel, click Add accounts.
The Add accounts dialog box appears.

To allow the user to manage all existing accounts and any accounts added in the future, select Manage all accounts.

To allow the user to manage only selected accounts, do the following:

Select Manage select accounts.
A table of tenant accounts appears.

Select the accounts that you want the user to manage.
Note
If you are an Aggregator MSP, you can assign the user account to all tenant accounts that are overseen by a sub-MSP. To do this, click the filter button
in the Sub-MSP heading of the table. From the list that appears, select a sub-MSP and then click Apply. The user account will be assigned to all tenant accounts overseen by that sub-MSP.

Click Add accounts.
The Managed accounts panel appears, showing the tenant accounts that you assigned to the user account.
