<AGENT TYPE NAME>

The name of the agent.

<ALERT CATEGORY - ALERT TYPE>

The alert category and type.

<CLIENT DISPLAY NAME>

The display name of the client.

The token in the alert with Email, Console Alerts and Save to notification types contains a link to the entity page in the Command Center.

<DETECTED CRITERIA>

Alert criteria that was detected.

<END TIME>

The time the operation ended.

<JOB ID>

The Job ID assigned by the Job Manager for the job.

The token in the alert with Email, Console Alerts and Save to notification types contains a link to the entity page in the Command Center.

<JOB OPERATION>

The type of job, for example, Data Aging.

<ORGANIZATION NAME>

The name of the company.

<OWNER EMAIL>

The email address of the user who created the alert.

<RECOVERED OBJECTS>

A list of recovered objects and file sizes in an attachment. File sizes are displayed in bytes. This token is not available if you are using the "save to cloud" alert notification type.

<RECOVERED COUNT>

The number of objects recovered.

<SIZE>

The size of the files restored during the operation. The sizes are displayed in bytes, MB, GB or TB.

<STATUS>

The status of the operation.

<START TIME>

The time the operation started.

<TIME>

The time (as per the time zone of the CommServe) the condition was detected.

<USER NAME>

The CommCell user who initiated the operation.

The token in the alert with Email, Console Alerts and Save to notification types contains a link to the entity page in the Command Center.

For the Configuration - Users and Configuration - User Group alerts, this is the CommCell user who the alert was trigger for (for example, the user whose properties were modified). To see the user who initiated the operation, use the <OPERATION PERFORMED BY USER> token.

<USER LOGIN NAME>

The login name of the user.

<SUCCESSFUL MAILBOXES>

The number of mailboxes that were successfully content indexed during the job.
