VMware Tool requirements
Inside the guest virtual machine, install the most recent version of VMware Tools to ensure proper snapshot and quiescing support.
Required ports
Open port 443 between server computers, MediaAgents, and client computers.
Snapshot names

CommCell ID: The unique identifier for your Commvault Cloud installation.

Job ID: A unique ID assigned to each snapshot backup by the Commvault Cloud software.
