The service catalog helps you create a backup plan to use for Dynamics 365 app that will contain the tables that you want to back up.
In the service catalog, you can use either the express configuration option or the custom configuration option:

Express: The express configuration automates some configuration steps, but it requires you to use the Microsoft login information to authorize the Azure app.

Custom: The custom configuration is a manual process. Use this option if you want to enter the app details manually.
