The Microsoft 365 service catalog helps you create a backup plan to use for Teams and an Teams app that will contain the teams that you want to back up.
In the service catalog, you can use either the express configuration option or the custom configuration option:

Express: The express configuration automates some configuration steps, but it requires you to use the Microsoft login information to authorize the Azure app.

Custom: The custom configuration is a manual process. Use this option if you want to enter the app details manually.

For express configuration, the following are required:

A global administrator account.

A valid licensed user.

For custom configuration, a global administrator account is not required. Any licensed user can be used. However, to restore OneNote files or restore content to the Teams Post tab, you must acquire a delegate token using a Teams-licensed user account.
