Create accounts for the end users who need to perform cleanroom recovery and/or to test and validate recovered applications. Using the Create Cyber Recovery Users workflow, you can create end users for one company or for multiple companies.
Note
Every time you use the workflow, for the selected companies, it replaces any end user accounts and credentials previously created through the workflow with new end user accounts and credentials. This behavior ensures that each company always has only one recovery manager.
To create cyber recovery user accounts, follow these steps:

Log on to the recovered control plane with the recoverymanager user account.

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Workflows.

Click Create Cyber Recovery Users.

Select the companies to create accounts for.

Click Submit.
The workflow creates one end user account for each company and displays the account credentials.

Important: Record the credentials. After you close the workflow, you can't access the credentials again.
