Deactivating and Deleting a Company

You can deactivate, reactivate, and delete a company (tenant) from the Global Command Center.

Deactivating a Company That Is Currently Active

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Companies.

   The Companies page appears.

2. Click the action button for the company you want to deactivate, and then click Deactivate.

   The Deactivate Company dialog box appears.

3. Select the activities you want to disable, and then click Yes.

Activating a Company That Is Currently Deactivated

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Companies.

   The Companies page appears.

2. View deactivated companies by selecting Deactivated from the Status list.

3. Click the action button for the company you want to activate, and then click Activate.

Deleting a Company That Is Currently Deactivated

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Companies.

   The Companies page appears.

2. View deactivated companies by selecting Deactivated from the Status list.

3. Click the action button for the company you want to delete, and then click Delete.

   The Delete company dialog box appears.

4. Follow the instructions in the dialog box, and then click Delete.

   IMPORTANT

   Performing this action will permanently delete all account data. You will still be billed for the current month.
