Enable or Disable the Backup of Mails, Calendars, and Contacts

You can enable or disable the backup of the mails, contacts, or calendars at the plan level.

Procedure

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Plans.

   The Plans page appears.

2. On the Google Workspace tab, select the plan for which you want to enable or disable the backup.

   The Overview page of the plan appears.

3. In the Gmail Settings tile, enable or disable the following as required:

   • Backup mail

   • Backup contacts

   • Backup calendar

Result

The selected backup settings will be applied in the next backup cycle.
