Verify that discovery infrastructure is configured by your MSP administrator. See MSP Configuration for Amazon FS for NetApp ONTAP.

Verify that your access node meets the hardware and softwarespecifications to back up the CIFS shares and NFS exports.

To access the Amazon FSx for NetApp ONTAP cloud file share via CIFS, the access node requires the Windows File System software. Verify that your access node meets the system requirements for the Windows access nodes.
