Install the following software.

For Hitachi NAS versions 13.2.x and later use the built-in metro server.

For Hitachi NAS earlier than 13.2.x versions, install an external metro server version 4.0.
Ports
Open port 8444 between the CommServe computer or MediaAgent and the server computer.
Snapshot names

Naming convention: CVHNAS-SP_2_JobID _SnapID-FileSystemName

CVHNAS: A string of text.

SP_2: Constant value.

Job ID_SnapID: A unique ID assigned to each snapshot backup by the Commvault Cloud software.
