Changing the CommServe Host Name for a Server in the Command Center

You can change the host name of the CommServe computer on a server.

Before You Begin

Ensure that the new CommServe host name is resolvable and accessible in the network.

Procedure

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Servers.

   The Servers page appears.

2. Click the server for which you want to update the CommServe host name.

   The server page appears.

3. On the Overview tab, in the General section, next to CommServe or Gateway hostname, click Edit and enter the new CommServe host name.

4. Click SUBMIT.

   The Change CommServe or Gateway hostname dialog box appears.

5. Click YES.
