OneDrive for Business Files Metadata That You Can Search

You can search the metadata of files from OneDrive for Business user and user groups.

Option	Description
Type	Searches for files of the selected type.
Item name	Searches for files with the name specified.
Contains	Searches for files which contains the search string. You must enable content indexing to use the Contains search.
User	Searches for files that belong to specified user. Example: username@domain.com
Location	Searches for files in the specified folder of the user.
Modified	Searches for files by the time they were modified. Select one of the following options: Today: Files modified on the current day. Yesterday: Files modified on the previous day. This Week: Files modified between Sunday and Saturday of the current week. This Month: Files modified during the current month. This Year: Files modified during the current year. Last Week: Files modified between Sunday and Saturday of the previous week. Last Month: Files modified during the previous month. Last Year: Files modified during the previous year. Date Range: Files modified during the date range that you specify in From and To.
Size	Searches for files that are greater than or less than the size that you specify. You can specify the size in KB, MB, or GB.
