Restores for Google Cloud Instances

For Google Cloud (GC) you can restore full VMs, restore guest files and folders, and restore a disk and attach it to an existing VM.
Google Cloud (GC) restores are supported for both Windows and Linux clients.
You can configure a GC hypervisor to perform IntelliSnap backups. From the snap or backup copy, you can restore full instances. From the backup copy only, you can restore guest files and folders.

Note

The newly created disks will retain the names assigned to the original backed-up VMs.
You can also restore VMs using Hyperdisk, ensuring high-performance workloads remain supported throughout the restore process.
