You can restore an entire mailbox to a different location.
Start the Configuration Wizard

From the navigation pane, go to Protect > Google Workspace.
The Google Workspace Overview page appears.

On the Apps tab, click the Gmail app.
The Overview page of the app appears.

On the Mailboxes tab, select the mailboxes that you want to restore.

Click Restore > Restore mailbox.
The Destination page of the Restore Options configuration wizard appears.

Under Gmail account, select Restore the data to another location, and then specify the location for the restore:

To restore to another mailbox, in the Mailbox box, click Browse, select a mailbox from the list, and then click SUBMIT.

To restore to a specific folder location, in the Label box, click Browse, select a folder from the list, and then click SUBMIT.

Click NEXT.
The Options page of the configuration wizard appears.

Beside If the message exists, specify what to do with existing items:

To not overwrite existing items, select Skip.

To overwrite existing items, select Unconditionally overwrite.

To include deleted items in the restore, select Include deleted items.

To exclude mail, contacts, or calendars from the restore, deselect any of the following as required:

Restore mail

Restore contacts
-
Restore calendars

Click NEXT.
The Review page of the configuration wizard appears.

Review the mailboxes you selected for restore.

Click SUBMIT to start the restore operation.
The Summary page of the configuration wizard appears.
Summary

The Summary page displays the restore job details.

Click CLOSE.
