You can restore a team to another team.
Procedure

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Protect > Microsoft 365.
The Microsoft 365 Overview page appears.

On the Apps tab, click the app.
The Overview page of the app appears.

To perform a restore, click Restore on the upper-right area of the page.
The available Restore options tool appears.

To restore individual teams, select Restore teams, and then click Next.\
The Select Teams screen appears.

Select the teams you want to restore, and then click Next.

On the Destination tab, leave Microsoft Teams selected, and then select Restore the data to another location.

Specify the restore location, and then click Next:

To restore the team to a different client, move the Restore to a different client toggle key to the right, and then in the Destination client list, select the client where you want to restore.

In the Destination team box, click Browse, select a team from the list, and then click Select.
The Options tab appears.

Beside If the file exists, specify what to do with existing items:

To not overwrite existing items, select Skip.

To overwrite existing items, select Unconditionally overwrite.

To include deleted items in the restore, select Include deleted items.
The Review tab appears.

Review your selections, and then click Submit.
The Summary tab appears.

Click Close.
