Add a mailbox to the contentstore subclient.
Procedure
- 
From the CommCell Browser, expand Client Computers > client > Exchange Mailbox > ContentStore Mailbox.

In the right pane, select the Mailboxes tab.
 - 
Right-click within the right pane, and then click New ContentStore Mailbox.
The New ContentStore Mailbox dialog box appears.
 - 
On the General tab, configure the mailbox settings.
- 
In the Display Name box, type the mailbox name.
 - 
In the SMTP Address box, type the name of the email address of the mail contact.
For example, journal1@domain.com.
 - 
To add the clients where the ContentStore Mail Server (SMTP) is configured, click Add.
The Select Clients/Client Groups dialog box appears.
 - 
In the Exclude list, select the appropriate clients, and then move them to the Include list.
 - 
Click OK.
The clients that you selected appear in the ContentStore Mail Server list.

Click the Policies tab.
 - 
From the Journal Policy list, select a journal policy.
 - 
From the Retention Policy list, select a retention policy.
 - 
Click OK.
The new mailbox appears in the list on the Mailboxes tab.
