The Cloud Metrics Reporting feature collects data from the CommCell environment. The data is uploaded to the Cloud Metrics Reporting Server and is processed to display reports based on the data on the Cloud Service Portal.
The following are the data collection types that are available in the Cloud Metrics Reporting:

When the user configures the Cloud Metrics Reporting, the following queries collects data about CommServe details, software version, and subclients status.
