Disabling Automated Mount Path Detection

Automated disk library configuration can be disabled, if necessary.

Procedure

  1. From the CommCell Console ribbon, click the Storage tab, and then click Expert Storage Configuration.

  2. From the Available MediaAgents, select the MediaAgent attached to the library and then click Add >>.

  3. Click OK.

  4. Locate and expand the <Disk Library> containing the mount point.

  5. Right-click the <mount point> with (CVDiskFolder) and then click Delete Mount Path.
