Enabling Consistent Disk Group Snapshots for Oracle ASM Using Azure Snapshots

To enable consistent disk group snapshots for Oracle ASM, add the bEnableConsistentDiskGroupSnapshot additional setting. The bEnableConsistentDiskGroupSnapshot additional setting is used for Oracle ASM IntelliSnap backups and only applies to the Azure snapshot engine.

Procedure

To the client computer, add the bEnableConsistentDiskGroupSnapshot additional setting as shown in the following table.
