Enabling Oracle Archiving for the Production Database

After you add the Oracle instance, you must configure the Oracle instance for archiving.

Before You Begin

Add Oracle Archiving Instances on the CommCell Console.

Procedure

1. From the CommCell Browser, go to Client Computers >client.

2. Right-click Oracle, and then select Properties.

   The Oracle Properties dialog box appears.

3. On the General tab, select the Enable Archiving check box.

4. Click OK.
