To perform the following tasks, sign in to the Command Center, select the user account icon in the upper-right corner, and then go to View > Self-service view.
You can use Exchange Mailbox User Mailbox (hybrid) Self-Service to manage backups of your email inbox. Using this feature, you can perform any of the following tasks:

View messages and attachments

Respond to messages

Download a message
-
Export messages to PST or CAB in EML or MSG format

Restore messages back to your mailbox or to a different location

Delete a message

Delegate a mailbox or folder
To view and use User Mailbox (hybrid) Self-Service, the Command Center administrator must enable the feature for your user group.
Important
To enable Exchange Mailbox User Mailbox (hybrid) Self-Service, the first endpoint must be Azure AD via a SAML app. This ensures users can authenticate through Azure and access their mailbox data securely.
