Migrating the VSA Proxy Client

You can migrate only the VSA proxy client using CommCell Migration.

Procedure

1. During export, select only the VSA proxy client from the source CommServe.

2. Import the VSA proxy client in the destination CommServe.

3. Perform name change to the VSA proxy client. For instructions, see Register Migrated Clients.

4. Configure new Virtualization client on the destination CommServe and run backups to the migrated VSA proxy client.
