Use this dialog box to enter your user credentials for the Cloud Services site. If you do not have a Commvault ID, use this dialog box to create one for the first time. A user account is automatically created with the e-mail address that you provide. Once you enter your credentials or create new credentials, the CommCell computer is associated with your Commvault ID.
Already Have an Account
Use this section to enter your Commvault ID credentials and associate it with the CommCell computer.
Email Address
Allows you to type the e-mail address that you use to log into the Cloud Services site.
Password
Allows you to type the corresponding password for your Commvault ID.
Create New Account
Use this section to create a Commvault ID and associate it with the CommCell computer. After you enter this information, you will receive an e-mail that contains your user name and password for the Cloud Services site. If you do not receive an e-mail within an hour, contact Customer Support. To contact Customer Support, go to the Maintenance Advantage Customer Support Portal.
First Name
Allows you to enter the first name of the CommCell administrator. This name will be associated with a user account for the Cloud Services site.
Last Name
Allows you to enter the last name of the CommCell administrator. This name will be associated with a user account for the Cloud Services site.
Email Address
Allows you to type the e-mail address that belongs to the administrator for this CommCell. This e-mail address will be used to set up the user account for the Cloud Services site. Enter only one e-mail address. Multiple e-mail addresses are not supported.
Password
Allows you to type the corresponding password that will be used for the Commvault ID.
Confirm Password
Allows you to retype the password in order to verify that this is the password that will be used for the Commvault ID.
