You can configure an alert to send individual email notifications rather than multiple email notifications within a single alert notification. This notification criterion is available for all alert types.
During the configuration of the alert, use the following steps to send an individual email notification:

From the Threshold and Notification Criteria Selection step, select the Send individual notification for this alert check box.

A separate email is sent for each applicable client configured for the following alert notifications: install software, uninstall software, install update, and upgrade client.

To send individual email notifications for data protection alerts for VSA backup jobs for virtual machines that were identified based on a discovery rule, select Send Individual notification for each backed up Discovered Virtual machine. The discovered VMs must be added to the alert on the Entity Selection page of the alert wizard.

From the Notification Type(s) Selection step, select Email.

Click Next to continue with the alert configuration.
