Sending Instant Messages to a User

You can send an instant message to communicate with the users. Instant messages can be sent when you want to notify the users about operations.

Procedure

  1. From the CommCell Browser, go to Security > CommCell Users.

  2. To send the message, right-click the user, and click Send Message.

  3. In the displayed conversation field, type the message and press Enter.
