Troubleshooting Settings

Use this dialog box to edit troubleshooting settings for sending emails and log files.

To find the troubleshooting settings , from the CommCell Console ribbon, go to Home > Control Panel > Maintenance.

Default E-mail Settings

  • Email to Recipients: Enter the email address to which the mail server will send Email Log notifications.

Send Logs Settings

  • Network Timeout: Enter the number of minutes that elapses before a network timeout during the Send Log Files operation.

WIA Setup: To execute a third-party stored procedure called Who is Active that collects the performance data for queries running on the CommServe database, click this button.

Reset to Factory Settings: To restore the default factory settings, click this button.
