Recover Messages That Were Archived Offline
Messages that were archived offline can be recovered by following the steps given below:

From the Notes Client mailbox, locate the original message's stub. This stub will be located in the same folder from which the original message was archived.

Double-click the original message's stub.
The original message will be displayed and returned to the folder where the message's stub resides.
Note: If you are trying to recall a stub on your client computer, but the archived message is not available on your local copy, then a recall job is triggered on the Domino server. The stub is first recalled from the Domino server, and then replicated on the client computer.
