Symptom
Browse operation yields a message stating "There are no items to show in this view."
Cause
The MediaAgent selected in the Browse Options dialog box may be installed on a Unix computer. Unix-based MediaAgents are not supported for direct restores.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, select a Windows-based MediaAgent.
