XML Parameters for DB2 MultiNode Backup Set Configuration

The following table lists the supported DB2 MultiNode backup set parameters.

The name of the application, DB2 MultiNode

clientName

The name of the client computer, as displayed in the CommCell Console where the instance is located

instanceName

The name of the DB2 MultiNode instance

backupsetName

The backup set name

The name of the DB2 MultiNode instance

userGroupName

The name of the user group associated with the backup set.

ownerCapabilities

The capabilities of the client computer owners associated with the backup set.

associatedsubclientPolicy

The system-generated subclient policy ID.

associatedsubclientPolicyName

The subclient policy name.

decompressData

The option to decompress data that is in a compressed format on the backup media.

The option to set the backup set as the default backup set.

isDeleted

The option to delete the backup set.

The option to support fan-in.

The system-generated ID assigned to the silo copy.

db2AutoStorage

The option to set DB2 auto storage

dB2CatalogPartitionNumber

The SB@ catalog partition number.

dB2DBStatus

The status of the DB2 MultiNode database.

usesqlConnect

This is an option "Connect as a Different User" if the user account isn't same as DB2 instance properties.

db2SqlConnectInfo/userName

This is the DB2 MultiNode user name. It must have the format domain_name\user_name on a Windows client. This option is required when the useSQLConnect parameter is set to true.

db2SqlConnectInfo/userPassword

This is the DB2 MultiNode user password. This option is required when the useSQLConnect parameter is set to true.
